An avid backyard birder and advocate for pigeon and dove rescue, Kathryn Stonich received her B.S. in English and M.S. in Professional Writing from Towson University. She worked as an adjunct professor from 2017 to 2020 for various colleges teaching English and Communications courses. She lives with her two dogs and two pigeons in the Baltimore, Maryland.
