Jessica Wilson

Jessica Wilson is a nonprofit leader, fundraising expert, community partnership builder, and environmental advocate. As Executive Director of NYC Bird Alliance (formerly NYC Audubon) she has expanded its science research, community engagement, and policy advocacy, establishing the organization as a key voice for birds and urban biodiversity.

She previously held leadership roles at Friends of Governors Island, Prospect Park Alliance, and National Audubon Society where she led fundraising and outreach campaigns, and forged partnerships across government, philanthropy, academia, and grassroots groups.

A lifelong New Yorker and birder since childhood, she holds a BA from Amherst College and MBA from Columbia Business School. She brings a deep commitment to ensuring that everyone can experience and help protect the natural world.
