Serena Chenery
Advocacy Coordinator, Pesticides and Birds
Serena is a licensed attorney from Baltimore, Maryland. Growing up on the Chesapeake Bay inspired her love of nature from an early age. This passion for conservation motivated her to study Environmental Science and Sustainability at Loyola University Maryland. She then went on to focus on Environmental Law at Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law. Prior to law school, Serena joined AmeriCorps American Conservation Experience to work on invasion plant removal off the coast of California. When not working, Serena loves being out on the inner harbor sailing, kayaking, or making art. Serena’s favorite bird is a Tufted Titmouse.
